And the last day of Juneathon. HOT HOT HOT. The small person is really suffering with hay fever but managed to do a mile walk.

Well done all And thanks to JogBlog for pushing this years Juneathon on in the first place. And looking forward to see who she picks for the prize.

Looking forward to carrying on running going forward but I don’t think that I’ll be doing loads of miles again…the old ankle won’t allow it. But it’s great to be back blogging.

And other cake based superheros. SKY Broadband has been rubbbbbbbbbbbbbbbish! Another night without the interweb. But the street was still there and the small person and me hit it last night and tonight, another healthy 4 miles in total.

The foot seems to be holding up, and the fitness levels are getting back up there. I don’t think that I’ll ever be puttingback in the high miles again like last year, but I’m happy to be getting back out the door again.

Yesterday 2 miles – Even in the pouring rain (the little person is mad for it).

Today 3 miles in the lovely sunshine.

The secret project is coming along and has been submitted and we should hear on Friday – fingers crossed.

Today was a hot quick run – 1.5miles with the little person shouting from her bike.

We are working on a project together at the moment and if it comes off it’s going to rock! More later when we are allowed to talk about it.

Sooo tired at the moment – a fox tried to eat the chickens this morning at stupid o’clock so now it feels like I’ve been up forever…Oh yeah I have.
