Janathon Day 2


I’d be lying if I said it’s easy but after 8 runs in two weeks it’s getting better. I’m taking it nice and slow so that I don’t aggravate my ankles too much. Hope you’re all having a good time 2 days in.

  2. It is hard to come back from injury. Don’t over train, be patient.
