Non Running Day Part One

Well the foot feels a bit better today. I really recommend rolling a tennis ball under your foot to help stretch it out even if you don’t suffer from any pain at the moment.

Today’s exercise breaks down to 3 Miles walking, 2 miles bike riding with the ladies and another 7 miles on my own.

Mrs JB is now running the whole loop all the time now. Tonight the rain was harsh. The small person was near home and tried to get back on the kerb on her bike but the rain made her wheel slip, she skidded and fell straight off. Her knees are shredded, thank goodness she always rides with gloves and a helmet on… She is going to look great in PE tomorrow at school for her first day back.

Can someone please switch the rain off now.

September:
Walking Miles = 3 MIles
Bike Miles = 9 Miles
Running Miles = 0 Miles

    I’m going to remember that tennis ball thing and try it tomorrow. My arches are killing me.

  3. Ouch, poor little thing 😦 I remember being slightly proud of knee-scrapes when I was little, she might enjoy the attention in PE!
