Buzz off
Work’s fun at the moment, so I took the chance of a lunchtime jog by the neck and headed out in the rain for a swift wet 5 miles. My legs are slowly giving up the ghost after running everyday…not long to go until the end of the month.
I forgot to post the other day – Mrs JB is still losing weight well on the watchers diet (another 3lb over the last 2 weeks) – she has also got a new addiction to exercise thanks to the Wii fit, it rocks! Both the funsize and Mrs JB are hooked and are waging a daily battle against each other as to who can do the most, LOL! I have yet to be allowed a go.
Looking forward to the long weekend ahead (we have a Bank Holiday) fingers crossed it doesn’t rain.
Today’s miles 5 / April miles = 142 | Today’s situps = 50 Feb total = 1220.
I am very impressed by running everyday. The most I have ever managed is 5 a week – and that was less tahn a month

Yeah for Mrs. JB!!! Man I wish I could start dumping this weight.I count my points and I eat tons of veggies. Well after this 15k Sunday I will be joining WW officially too.
And running everyday. Awesome. I am still trying to get use to getting up early to do the cardio, and then miles in the evening. tiring. But I do it. My calf muscles are so sore> I am going to have my trainers looked at.

CHEERS ALL the month with no days off is hard going – I don’t know how Mr Ron Hill has done it since 1964 – GENIUS.
