Well actually smaller guy – I’ve lost 14lbs this month 🙂

  4. You’ve lost a stone in a month?! Bloody hell. You do know the recommended healthy amount to lose is 1 or 2 lbs a week? Still, I wouldn’t complain!

  5. Yeah – I blame the weight watchers… 18 points a day has killed my belly 😉 not complaining though, another 7lbs and I’m done.
