That’s how todays run was from start to finish. I hate it when a run hurts all the way around – 5 miles of pure fun 😉 fingers crossed tomorrows will be better.

Well not sure what the weekends going to bring, maybe some more toy making 😀 and Wii funtime.

  2. I like the idea of the push ups and sit ups. I need some core training. So I’m in. Thanks for the idea. 🙂

  3. 🙂 not really hurting, it was just hard work and hurt all the way around, in a “please stop running, it would be so easy to walk now” kind of way.

    The sit ups and push ups are cool – they hurt at the moment, but are a cheeky free exercise 😀 I know I’m cheap but it’s a “do-able” for me.
