Pinch punch first run of the month.

Well to launch the extravaganza that is juneathon I braved the lovely weather and did a 5-mile run. That extra cheeky mile hurt more than I thought that it would, funny because I run a lot further at the weekends – must be that I’m used to doing 4’s mid week.

How did everyone else get on then?

  1. Well done for getting through the Juneathon Day 1!

I’ve done mine, will blog later, need to get my dinner to get over the trauma of exercising on a Friday 🙂

  2. LOL 🙂 I’m just having a cheeky wine then dinner and maybe BB, not sure yet…

  3. You haven’t said how Preston did. Has he wimped out already? It was his idea in the first place!

  4. bwell done on your 1st day. i did an unscheduled gym session today so i can still ponder if i can manage juneathon or not.

  5. Well it’s launched in the states too. I bumped mine up to a 4 miler to compete with you and you snuck in an extra mile. Cheater. 😉

Wine again. Well yes thanks. And what are you pouring this evening?

Oh, I had a thought about whether we could all be a grand gathering in October and do one of those special events. Interested if possible?

  6. Preston said that he was going to run in the evening… I’ll have to see what he says on Monday,

Well done London and Kate 🙂

I’m allowed a glass of red a night, so that’s what I have most nights 🙂 I never really liked red, but I do now – just couldn’t drink a lot of it in one go.

I think everyone should come over to Florida and do the TT 13k in October. I’m upfor meeting up.

  7. Well done!

Did a couple of miles – doing Bushy Park today so didn’t want to overdo it 🙂
