Day 61

Back yard fern – I’m not sure if jogblog already took a photo of this…

Did a cheeky 4 miles on the treadmill – weekly total up to 30 🙂

Hat’s off to anyone that can run highnumbers or spend more than 30+ minutes on a treadmill, it’s sooo hard to keep on going.

  1. No, that wasn’t me skulking around in your back garden with a camera, honest. 🙂

  2. Happy Mothers Day to your wife! (or is that a Yankee thing to do?)

  3. LOL! I though it was you 😉

Hi Kate – yeah we have Mothers Day over here 🙂 but it was on 2 March. Mrs Jogger Blogger says thanks and hello.

Hope you have a good day, and the boys treat you to something nice.

  4. 4 miles on a treadmill? Didn’t you die of boredom?

Is this hotel handy for the half?

    Park Plaza
    41 Maid Marion Way
    NG1 6GD

  5. Treadmills do get boring…

That hotel isn’t too far away – last year I parked near it and walked to the start line (about a mile or so)

  6. Thanks for the hats off since I do spend well over 30 minutes on the TM during my weekly runs. I amuse myself by listening to the Disney podcasts. Especially love listening to Lou and Nathan argue on MouseTunes. :^)

  7. Yeah I love their podcasts together and apart 🙂

  8. I do 45 minutes on the treadmill.Yes it gets boring but it will do when ya can’t get outside.I listen to a mix of music on my ipod that I put together from my Disney collection and I try to see myself at the marathon and when the songs change that is the next meet and greet on the way.

  9. oh i agree…treadmills are great when the weather is crappy but it’s so hard to not get bored! I feel the same way about running around a track. I need to feel like I’m going somewhere.
