run,run,run…

Well today was a 4 miler – that’s what I did, well nearly I over ran by half a mile but don’t tell anyone 😛

A few stats:

Distance 4.5 mile
Heart stats AVG 146bpm – MAX 170bpm
Temperature 20/C

    My training schedule this week has been: Monday, gym. Tuesday, 3 mile run. Wednesday, wine and pizza. Thursday, lager and pizza. Friday, gym, lager and pizza (probably).

    Oops 🙂
