No more ice cream it’s time for running… Well Janathon at least.
It’s been a while since I last jogged, walking and bike riding are ok but there’s nothing like heading out just as the heavens open to coat you with freezing rain.
I say jogged, It was more of a run one lampost walk one lampost kind of 2 miles. Give it a couple of weeks and I’ll be running it all, if one thing I’ve learned over the years it’s not to rush into the running.

Well done for getting out there! I love the idea of using lamp posts as markers. Might try that myself.
